Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Alo pieces! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer care team to initiate a return.

Once we receive your returned items, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
